Coral Reefs Are Satanic Plots

February 4, 2008

CoralYoung Earth Science (true science) is making remarkable progress on a number of fronts. I have yet to see them attack this, however:

We have sourced the latest information avaliable on the age of the Great Barrier Reef. Stay tuned though, because we’re expecting this information to change as more research is undertaken.

These are the significant dates you should be talking about when you explain the age of the Great Barrier Reef:

  • While corals have existed on the Great Barrier Reef for as long as 25 million years, they didn’t form large reef structures like those we see today.
  • The earliest record we have of complete reef structures (like those we see today) is from 600000 years ago.
  • The current Great Barrier structure started growing on top of the old reef platform about 9000 years ago when the sea levels rose at the end of the last Ice Age.

Many of the places that support reefs today were part of the land during the last ice age, which ended about 20000 years ago.

As global temperatures increased, the ice melted and retreated to the poles and mountain tops. Sea levels rose to their present levels about 6000 years ago, creating ideal conditions for corals to develop along the tops of former low coastal hills.

The Great Barrier Reef comprises about 2900 seperate reefs off the coasts of the islands and the mainland, and barrier reefs facing the sea. The outer Reef lies along the edge of the Australian continental shelf.

Turtles and sharks are the marine ‘dinosaurs’ of the Reef. Turtles have been swimming around in its waters for 150 million years, while sharks have been around for about 400 million years _ that’s 100 times longer than humans.

Coral ReefNow I am not a qualified YEC scientist, but even I can see that these ‘coral reefs’ are about as phony as can be. James Ussher accurately _ and biblically _ calculated the following dates:

  • 4004 BC – Creation.
  • 2348 BC – The Great Flood.
  • 1921 BC – God’s call to Abraham.
  • 1491 BC – The Exodus from Egypt.
  • 1012 BC – The founding of the Temple in Jerusalem.
  • 586 BC – The destruction of Jerusalem by Babylon and the beginning of the Babylonian Captivity.
  • 4 BC – The birth of Jesus.

This all sounds right to me. But the moonbat Australian government, which calls its birds ‘boobies’, is determined to destroy the faith of billions of Christians around the world with these ‘coral reefs’. When they are presented in the MSM or by some Darwinist college professor, we can easily see through their lives, but an innocent and brainwashed park ranger is much more convincing. Just take a look at a picture of this ‘brain coral’:

Brain coral 2.jpgThe photo looks convincing at first glance. There is no possible way this photo could have been photoshopped. However, the carvings appear too precise and too simple to be made by the LORD. The LORD does not make simple designs. It is obvious that these Darwinists took a bunch of colored rocks and embed them with tiny jacks so that they could expand slowly but surely. The idea that several small organisms formed these ‘coral reefs’ is utterly ridiculous.

Fiji MermaidWhat can you, the average citizen, do to stop this elaborate hoax on par with P.T. Barnum? (Update by Psycheout: Remember the Fiji Mermaid, pictured at right?) One thing you can do is to simply swim around the reef and start bashing it to pieces in areas where the Australian government can’t see it. A far better plan, however, is to get King Brownback to petition the Australian government to demolish these phony organisms. One can only hope that the Darwinists, losing one of their main ‘trumps’ (ha!), will be demoralized and will stop persecuting true scientists like Ben Stein. Then, we can begin the slow, painful process of not only taking back America, but making sure that ‘science’ no longer can even dream of making phony theories.

The Free Republic Endorsement

January 31, 2008

Jim RobinsonJim Robinson, founder of the most significant conservative news site on the Internet, Free Republic, has decided to make an endorsement announcement now that there are only three candidates (plus loony Ron Paul) in the race.  He provides seven reasons to support…drumroll please

Mike Huckabee!

First, as to the other two available choices:

McCain is insane and there are many good reasons not to choose him, but I’ll list just five: McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy, McCain-Lieberman, the Keating 5, and the Gang of 14. No thanks. McCain is out!

Romney ran on a pro-abortion platform, is pro gay rights, is prone to BIG government solutions, promises anything to anyone for a vote, and flip-flops on important issues. Can’t trust him.

Pretty darn solid reasoning there, Jim.  We apparently think alike regarding those two clowns.  Now, what’s the influential head Freeper have to say about Mike Huckabee?

Now Governor Huckabee. Could this be the good vs evil? He’s a Baptist minister. A genuine 100% pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun, Southron Christian social conservative!

And his first five of seven reasons for supporting former Governor Mike Huckabee are:

And that would be my reason no. 1 to support Huckabee. He has the trust and backing of the Christian evangelicals and the support of the Bible Belt. You cannot win the presidency without the South, and I believe the pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun, pro-America Mike Huckabee is the most likely of the three GOP hopefuls to carry the South. And that’s a pretty darn good reason!

My number two reason is that he is NOT McCain (and that’s a pretty darn good reason too).

Number three (and this will be a tough one for a lot of my FReeper Friends) is that he is NOT Romney.

Numbers four and five are he’s NOT Hillary and NOT Obama. Oohrah!

You’ll have to read the whole thing for his final two reasons and his scathing assessment of RINO Rudy Giuliani.  It’s worth it!

Thank you Jim, for refusing to fall for that empty suit, Mittens Romney.  But, heck.  That’s a no brainer, isn’t it?

Ralph Nader To the Rescue?

January 30, 2008

Ralph NaderWith the departure of Kookspinach and Silky Pony, there is a void in the ultra far left kook wing of the Democrat party. Ralph Nader sees his chance to once again play the “progressive” spoiler. Republicans should open up their wallets again and support him. He’s just what we need to assure a Huckabee or McCain victory. With wackjob Nader in the race, perhaps even the stomach turning empty suit Mittens Romney might have a chance if he somehow buys the GOP nomination. But admittedly that would be the worst case scenario.

Ralph Nader has formed a presidential exploratory committee, and said in an interview Wednesday that he will launch another presidential bid if he’s convinced he can raise enough money to appear on the vast majority of state ballots this fall.

With both Ralph Nader and Ron Paul siphoning the anti-war and uber-kook vote from the leftist candidate, even our weakest candidate could win.

Nader, who ran as an independent candidate in each of the past three presidential elections, told ABCNews.com that he will run in 2008 if he is convinced over the next month that he would be able to raise $10 million over the course of the campaign — and attract enough lawyers willing to work free of charge to get his name on state ballots.

There’s a website already set up. Perhaps if enough Republicans pledge to donate funds or legal assistance, the old goat will be convinced to run again, ensuring a Republican in the White House in 2008. It just might be worth it.

Nader said he filed papers with the Federal Election Commission and launched a Web site after Dennis Kucinich, a liberal Ohio congressman, announced his decision to withdraw from the presidential race last week.

He was set to announce that he had formed an exploratory committee Wednesday, even before former Sen. John Edwards made it known that he’d be ending his candidacy.

Listen to this kook! Size up his enormous ego! This is awesome:

“When Kucinich threw in the towel, now you have Edwards gone — who’s going to carry the torch of democratic populism against the relentless domination of powerful corporations of our government?”

Why, Ralph Nader, super kook of course! He hasn’t let us down the last two election cycles. Why not help us out for a third?

This might be the best news of the campaign season. Run, Ralph, Run!

Giuliani Set To Endorse McCain

January 29, 2008

John McCain and Rudy GiulianiUnconfirmed conversations are going on between the John McCain and Rudy Giuliani campaigns. It’s very likely that Giuliani will drop out of the race after a very pathetic and disappointing third or fourth place finish. Florida was Rudy’s firewall, after all. He has experienced a very predictable firebreak. The more people learn about the guy, the less they like him.

But here’s the developing news as reported by Time:

SOURCES: Giuliani expected to endorse McCain, as early as Wednesday – in Los Angeles or Simi Valley.

Now that the Sunshine has set, two old friends come to an understanding.

McCain topper Rick Davis has quietly moved an agreement to near final.

Developing……

The big questions are: will Rudy campaign for McCain as well as endorsing him? And will that hurt or help him?

Mitt — Set Our People Free!

January 7, 2008

FirecrackerIt looks like the big blockbuster of a scandal that some were buzzing about before the weekend doesn’t really amount to much. It appears to be an anti-Mormon book with nothing new to say. Will it have any impact on the race? Doubtful.

This exciting new book — Mitt, Set Our People Free! — published by Revelation Press, reveals just how Mitt Romney’s sacred oath to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, known as the Mormons or the LDS — including a vow of obedience to the “Living Prophet,” the President of the LDS Church — will impact his ability to govern as President of the United States.

While there are those who have voiced similar concerns about the Mormon Church putting pressure on politicians, such as a President Romney, it’s not like this is anything new or earth shattering.

Jesus said that man cannot serve two masters — but if Romney is elected President, he will have to serve two conflicting oaths. American Presidents swear an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. However, this Presidential Oath is in direct conflict with Romney’s sacred oath to his Mormon Church — a blood oath which puts Romney’s life, fortune and obedience at the unrestricted service of his Church. This obedience is defined by the Church’s Living Prophet, the President of the Mormon Church and — as they believe — the literal Voice of God on earth.

I mean it’s not exactly news that the real President would be the Mormon Church if Romney were to be elected. So what’s new about this? (By the way, I’m kidding.)

According to author Mike Moody, “One of the LDS Church’s basic tenets is a prophecy from founder and First Prophet Joseph Smith that in the latter days, the U.S. Constitution will ‘hang by a thread as fine as silk fiber’ until a Mormon leader rides in on his White Horse to save the U.S. and the Constitution — then use his control of the United States to set up a world-wide theocracy, one based on the clearly unorthodox beliefs of the Church of Latter Day Saints.”

Scaremongering or a legitimate issue? You be the judge. It seems like many were perhaps correct: this is just someone trying to sell a book.

The Iowa Caucus Results

January 3, 2008

Iowa CaucusJust a quick post, which I will update in a bit, maybe.

I was right.

  1. Huckabee 34%
  2. Romney 25%
  3. McCain 13%
  4. Thompson 13%

And I may still be right about the party of treason:

  1. Obama 38%
  2. Clinton 29%
  3. Edwards 30%

Although Clinton and Edwards are still locked in mortal combat for second place.

Chris Dodd (DemocRAT) will drop out of the race.

Chuck Norris is a happy man tonight.

It’s been a good night for America. G-d bless Iowa. G-d bless you all.

Update: It looks like Fred Thompson may have moseyed his way into third place at the last minute. Congratulations to grandpa Fred.

Update 2: Ha ha – Kookspinach and Gravel got 0 votes! Dodd got 1, Biden got 23, Richardson got 51. Note to Kookspinach and Gravel: give it up. It’s over. Ron Paul at 10% gets 5th. Buh bye, Ronnie. It’s downhill from here. Ghouliani got a whopping 4%. So much for your winning strategy, Rudy.

Update 3: Joe Biden to drop out as well after an anemic performance. Please drop out too, Rudy Giuliani.

Update 4: Further predictions: Hunter won’t stick it out much longer, although he might well be on the short list for Secretary of Defense.  Cox will keep up his silent running candidacy, but nobody will notice.  Those who do will laugh.  Paul will stick it out to the bitter end, taking home lots of suckers’ money just like the last time he ran.  Thankfully he hasn’t got a prayer.  Let me know if I’ve missed anything.

Bhutto Assassination: Who Benefits?

December 27, 2007

Bhutto AssassinationYes, sadly pundits and prognosticators are already discussing, wide-eyed and cheerfully, who this morning’s assassination of Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto will benefit in America’s 2008 campaign. To be perfectly honest, this kind of thing really makes me ill.

Scarborough’s out there claiming that this helps Mr. 9/11, mayor Rudy Giuliani, and Hillary Clinton, I guess because she’s perceived as the Dem hawk. Others claim that this helps McCain, because he’s a veteran and supported the Iraq war all along. The incident is somehow supposed to hurt Huckabee and Obama. Whatever.

Enough’s enough. This helps the terrorists and hurts Pakistan. That should be all. This should have no impact on the U.S. race whatsoever. It certainly shouldn’t give Giuliani a bump in the polls, just because he happened to be the mayor of New York on 9/11. New York would have survived fine without him.

Sadly there will be more such talk in the coming days. Resist it. Can’t this incident just be seen as what it is? It’s a tragedy for Pakistan and Bhutto’s family. Making it more than that is just ghoulish.

Hot Air has detailed coverage of the fatal attack.

Mitt Romney’s “Sanctuary Mansion”

December 5, 2007

MansionMitt Romney will get around to cracking down on illegals once he’s elected President, or so he claims.  But for now, the lawn still needs mowing and raking.  Think of the leaves!

Standing on stage at a Republican debate on the Gulf Coast of Florida last week, Mitt Romney repeatedly lashed out at rival Rudy Giuliani for providing sanctuary to illegal immigrants in New York City.

Yet, the very next morning, on Thursday, at least two illegal immigrants stepped out of a hulking maroon pickup truck in the driveway of Romney’s Belmont house, then proceeded to spend several hours raking leaves, clearing debris from Romney’s tennis court, and loading the refuse back on to the truck.

Hypocrite.

This reminds me of Tom Tancredo, the ultimate illegal immigration pimp.  Hypocrites, both of them.  They are not fit for office, any office.  Maybe they should rake my yard.  Jerks.

Giuliani Using Taxpayer Funds for Fun with Mistress?

November 28, 2007

Rudy and JudyI just heard about this story when I tuned into CNN for tonight’s CNN-YouTube debate. If true, I’d say it’s time to cook Rudy’s goose. It’s a question of trust. If he was lying to cover up his affair and using taxpayer funds to party with his mistress as Mayor, how on Earth can this guy be trusted to be President?

Politico has the story for now. So go read it for the details. Here’s a taste:

As New York mayor, Rudy Giuliani billed obscure city agencies for tens of thousands of dollars in security expenses amassed during the time when he was beginning an extramarital relationship with future wife Judith Nathan in the Hamptons, according to previously undisclosed government records.

Hmmm.

At the time, the mayor’s office refused to explain the accounting to city auditors, citing “security.”

Uh huh. Sure. Rudy Giuliani corrupt? It’s not like he’s hung out with criminals like Bernard Kerik or crack cocaine dealers. Oh, oops. Regarding this current issue, I will update this post as more information becomes available.

I smell a scandal. Hopefully rude Rudy will be forced to account for this during the debate which begins in just over an hour. Stay tuned.

Ugh. Apparently the questions have already been selected, so this issue may not even be addressed, unless one of the other candidates bring it up. Lucky for you Rudy. But your luck may have just run out.

See also: The discussion over at the always interesting Race 4 2008.

Update: Rudy Giuliani was actually asked about this story in tonight’s debate, if it was true and if it was appropriate. Rudy basically said no, it’s not true, that he had nothing to do with the recordkeeping and that he was sure everything was appropriate. I suspect there’s more to this story that we will hear in the coming days.

Update 2: More Carpetbagging.

Update 3: I’m not sure that I trust the source, but if true, this story should certainly get some attention: Rudy’s Ties To a Terror Sheikh.

Giuliani’s business contracts tie him to the man who let 9/11’s mastermind escape the FBI

You’ll have to use your own judgement on this one, until and unless other sources pick it up and verify or refute it….

Update 4: Uh oh, Rudy.  The Wall Street Journal confirmed Update 3 earlier this month: Giuliani Firm’s Qatar Contract.  How did I miss this?  I blame myself.
