Ron Paul and Don Black Photo-Op

by

A picture is worth a thousand words.  Smile, Ron!

Ron Paul and Don Black

So what if Stormfront founder Don Black donated to the Ron Paul campaign and Paul cheerfully accepted?  So what if Ron Paul posed for a picture with Don Black, the man behind Stormfront, a notorious neo-Nazi “white power” website?  So what if Stormfront is 100% behind Ron Paul because they find common cause with the Presidential candidate?  So what if Ron Paul doesn’t stand a ghost of a chance at the nomination?

I expect to find more “so whats” in the comment thread.  Or perhaps crickets.  Crickets chirping speaks volumes too.

I think Space-ho has just lost his reason to live.

What excuse will he come up with? ‘NOT TEH TRUHT! RU PU THINKETH ELL AMERIKANS NEEEEEED FREEADOM!!1’? Good riddance to the space ho!

  2. Jared Says:

He still has my vote. The Paul supporters will see right through this. I’ll tell you why. Because everyone that has been to his debates and rallies have a picture with him. It does not mean he has any connection to him personally or politically besides the fact that Don Black (interesting name for a racist) hates Washington corruption as much as Ron Paul. Something is still fishy about these covert Neo Nazi’s and my guess is their intention. What about this Bill White (interesting name for a racist too! Does anyone else see this or am I just crazy?)

  3. Spacebrother Says:

Obviously photoshopped. KKKorkkker is a tool.

  4. bobcorker Says:

I suspect the bald guy to the left is Spambrother.

Anyways I knew what he was going to say. You Ron Paul supporters really are robots.

  5. rON h Says:

CHEAP SHOT…ANYBODY CAN WALK UP TO A CANDIDATE AND TAKE A PIC AT A CONVENTION…HOW MUCH ARE THE NEOCONS PAYING YOU TO WASTE YOUR TIME?

  6. rON h Says:

I GUESS WE’LL SEE ALOT OF THESE WEBSITES SPONSORED BY CARLYSE GROUP AND HALIBURTON CRONIES OVER THE NEXT YEAR. THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE NEOCONS…GO RON PAUL!

A comment in all caps is usually garbage. Thanks for sharing your stupidity.

  8. Spacebrother Says:

Odd how this is STILL the only source trying to tie Ron Paul to this guy. Hmmmm, seems Limbaugh, Hannity, O’Reilly, Coultier, Malkin, Fox News, Wall Street Journal, Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck, Howard Phillips, Brit Hume, Neil Cavuto, John Gibson, Krauthammer ect ect ect ect ect ect ect have’nt reported anything about it. Must all be part of this fictitious blog.

  9. Spacebrother Says:

    Nice try though

@Psycheout wanted to put this somewhere else so I apologize since it isn’t thread/post related. Per a tip from ChenZen I was wondering if you’d like to get in on this

  11. Treefrog Says:

A comment where the abbreviation for “et cetera” is misspelled as “ect” (especially multiple times) is usually garbage as well.

  12. Psycheout Says:

Apparently you don’t know how to follow links, SB. I didn’t create the photo. Other folks reported it before me. I linked to them. So this isn’t the “only source” you mad tin-foil hatter. FYI.

  13. Psycheout Says:

OK, you asked for Fox News. Here’s Fox News.

Now open your eyes, blind man.

  14. brettrix Says:

psycheout – that isn’t fox news – that is the AP article they grabbed off the wire. I hate white people so does that make me a racist too? even if the only white people i know are neo-cons… everyone else is classified as HUMAN in my mind… too bad you guys at this blog are so racist. i will say a prayer for you all
    Merry Christmas!

Myth debunked once again. You guys are way too easy….

  17. Spacebrother Says:

Oh, Ron Paul has raised over $18,000,000 and one kook gave him $500.00.

    OOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhh.

  18. Darren D. Says:

I have a photo taken with Ron Paul and have donated at least $500.00 to his campaign and HE HAS NO IDEA WHO I AM.

    Talk about conspiracy threorists.

  19. Andrew Says:

Just to let everyone know, the bald gentleman to the left of Dr. Paul is the campaign chairman, Kent Snyder.

    “Crickets chirping speaks volumes too.”

yes, it does: that nobody reads your blog.

  21. Psycheout Says:

Oh boy, ana, you’ve wounded me! What are you doing reading B4C anyway?

  22. Psycheout Says:

    Thanks for the info, Andrew.

  23. Sean P Says:

Food for thought: If Ron Paul wasn’t so thoroughly isolationist, and so quick to use the language of the left to condemn US foreign policy, this would be taken as “further” proof that the Republican Party is controlled by a neo-nazi cabal. So I guess his borderline ANSWER-esque foreign policy is a gift, in a way.

  24. Mike Says:

Ron Paul is NOT an isolationist. He wants to lift sanctions on Iran for crying out loud. Do you people who claim he is an isolationist think about these sound bites before you use them?

I agree with Paul, the real isolationists are the neocons, because their policies isolate the US from the rest of the world. See the recent story of the Icelandic woman who was shackled and treated like a terrorist because she overstayed a visa pre-9/11 for a few weeks. We are advocating torturing people (McCain admits that waterboarding is torture, and I would trust his judgment over Giuliani or Romney) and we will ship them to our enemies and let them do it for us too. The rest of the world sees that and says, screw the US.

Ron Paul would reverse this trend. He wants to trade with people, even people we don’t necessarily agree with. We have done this all throughout our history, and our trading with nations like China and Vietnam have resulted in them becoming more like us. Paul’s policy sounds sane compared to what we have now. It certainly wouldn’t isolate us any more than the policies of the current administration.

If we do ‘win’ in Iraq, democracy is a fragile thing and given the fact that those people have no history or culture of democracy, there is little guarantee they can keep it. The worst thing that could happen would be they elect a firebrand cleric like al Sadr, which they could easily do. And all an al Sadr has to do to become a dictator is to say that Iraq is under terroristic threat. And so it seems as likely to me that we will be worse off than better. In addition, think about how limp-wristed Americans have become when it comes to civil liberties after 9/11. These small men have changed this nation, and not for the better. And by definition, they have already won, because they have successfully terrorized us by making us change the way we live, we have thrown our principles out of the window in exchange for a false sense of safety.

How many more American lives must be paid to give these people the chance, how many Iraqi civilians need to die in the crossfire because Americans want to ‘fight them there so we don’t have to fight them here?’, and how many failed presidencies may they have before we admit our mistake and learn from it? Let them have their country. Mission accomplished, and all that jazz.

  25. Spacebrother Says:

    Mike is right.

  26. rEVOLution 08 Says:

I was at a Ron Paul event the same day this photo was taken (may have been same event). So I have a similar photo of me with Paul. So do 100 other people who were there. It was very much walk up to the guy, say a few words, smile for the cameras.

I’m pretty darn sure Paul has no idea who I am. If someone asked him if he ever met me, he’d probably say no. The man has “met”, received money from, and taken photos with thousands of people over the past few months, including me and apparently including Don Black. He isn’t responsible for answering for all of our beliefs.

Such an obvious point that I can’t believe I spent time posting it.

  27. Psycheout Says:

Interesting, rEVOLution 08. Are you from Stormfront too? How many white nationalists do you think were there?

  28. Robert Says:

So what? Ron Paul has my vote. I believe he’s the best man for the job and if he has some pro-White support then all the better!

  29. Psycheout Says:

That’s the spirit, Robert! I think more RP supporters need to embrace their inner “white power.” Ron Paul should be more proud of the support he gets from you folk. Y’all have a lot in common, that’s all I’m saying. What’s the big deal, right?

  30. Darel Says:

If the dumbed down public will accept a photo with Ron Paul as proof that Paul supports Stormfront then I would disagree. I’m sure Ron Paul had no idea who he was and if this is a real photo and not a photoshop photo then I’m sure Paul had no idea who he was.

Five years ago I went to a Hot Rod show and my girlfriend was with me the entire time and one of girls and her photographer came up to meet to take a quick photo and even though my girlfriend was with me they cut her out of the photo. So, a few days after the new Hot Rob edition came out it looked like i was with the hot chic but the truth is my girl friend and I took the photo with the model. I had no idea who she was they just asked if they could get a photo becuase my car was in the show. So the local hot rod club made a big deal about it for the entire month but everyone knew the truth but to the readers of the magazine to them it looked like I was with the hot chic with nearly no cloths on…. What was reality?

  31. Psycheout Says:

So let me get this straight. Are you comparing Ron Paul to a “hot chic with nearly no cloths on?” Yikes.

Hey! I’ve found proof that George W. Bush is a closet racist (http://www.villagevoice.com/news/0046,ladd2,19934,6.html)! Apparently, the very same Don Black supported Bush for president. How interesting…

  33. Psycheout Says:

Citing an attack on President Bush by the notoriously liberal Village Voice absolves Ron Paul how exactly?

  35. midsouth patriot Says:

seems very funny since Dr. Paul is gainning more and more black support and other minority support.

In Memphis, TN. there are many minorities who support Dr. Paul.

But this is what you need to think about….all the money that Dr. Paul got from supporters, do you actually think that he agrees with everyone of their lifestyles?

  36. Bob_Corker Says:

“seems very funny since Dr. Paul is gainning more and more black support and other minority support.”

Have you ever heard of Black Klansmen, my android critic? Believe it or not, they have existed in the past. Like blacks for Ron Paul, however, they too shall fail.

You could also make a case for 1/4 of gay people voting for Bush, although gays deserve whatever harm comes to them, unlike blacks.

[…] You don’t hold back when you talk about Ron Paul. You basically got him fumbling around in a straight-jacket at a Hitler birthday bash. But Ron Paul not only has a racist past he still likes to take money from unsavory characters like Don Black. Don Black? Yeah, former Grand Dragon of Klu Klux Klan, and the founder and webmaster of Stormfront, a very racist website. Don Black is the guy in the middle. Is Paul thanking him for the donation? I’m black. Who cares if White Supremacist support Ron. Truth be told, most whites are supremacists because the brainwashing works. This is why folks in India buy skin lightners and black people prefer lighter skinned blacks. So this is a strawman argument because we live in a White Supremacist world anyway.

I’d rather not eat in an establishment if I’m not wanted. I’d like to know up front [private establishments not public] Also, then maybe more money would staty in black communitty. I’m for White Power, Black Power, whatever Power or dialogue you want.

Blacks should support Ron based on his stance on war on drugs alone…
